Included in this package are supplies list, MIDI map, remotes setup through Zoom, documentation of routing and settings, training on your system, troubleshooting tips and tricks and customer support after setup and training.
On Site MIDI / Playback System Setup

Save yourself time and frustration by having a professional program software and connect on site. Includes everything in the remote setup plus hands on team training of your system and Advanced Ableton training for you and your team covering everything from workflow, to automation. Price does not include travel and lodging, but will be added to the cost.
FAQ’s
Will the design be a stock setup or something tailored to our needs?
Each design is unique based upon your infrastructure, goals, budget, and existing gear.
Will I need to purchase gear or additional software?
Most likely yes. We will provide links for software downloads, many of which will be free.
Can I purchase gear from GFW?
Yes you can, if that would make things more convenient for you. In this case billing for the gear will be handled before the completion of the project.
Is the design fee a flat rate?
Yes regardless of the size that design fee is a flat rate. The design rate is separate to allow for DIY efforts.
How does a Remote Set up work?
GFW provides a map to make all of the physical connections and the customers are responsible for that. At this point we log into ZOOM on all computers in the system and GFW completes setup of hardware and software settings.
What if I don’t see my exact setup configuration?
We are all about custom and we base pricing on your project.
